Rules of life at l'escale Mane Braz

Arrivals: from 5p.m - Departures: from 10:30
In case of early arrival or late departures, we must be informed in advance.

• If the cancellation occurs 30 days before the beginning of your stay, your deposit will be refund.
• If the cancellation occurs between the 30th and the 3rd day before your arrival , 50 % of your stay will be taken.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 3 days before your stay, the whole amount will be taken.

If case of no show or the cancellation of some days, the whole amount will be taken but you might come back later within a year.

• A private car park, private place for motorbikes or bikes.
• An electric charging station.
• Garden furniture in several places of the garden at your disposal.
• Garden furniture on both decks on the first floor.
• Free wifi access anywhere in the house.
• A TV set in the living-room.
• Some guides both in French and in English.

• We recycle the rubbish and make our compost, you will find a bucket at your disposal for all the compost.
• We try to use rain water as much as possible.
• We have a geothermal central heating.
• We use water from a well for the toilets.
• We buy local products as much as possible and make our own cakes, jam, yoghurts.
• We buy on local markets and will be able to advise you.

We have a dog but unfortunately dogs are not allowed in Mane Braz.
The whole house is non smoking.
It is strictly forbidden to eat in the rooms.
the living- room is common to the 3 rooms so you must respect the other guests’ privacy.
